Valket 200 Retard is an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic; recommended for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other musculoskeletal conditions including bursitis, capsulitis, synovitis, tendonitis, fibrositis and low back pain. It is also useful to relieve the pain of sciatica, acute gout and dysmenorrhoea.
Brufen Retard is indicated for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis or Still's disease), ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and other non-rheumatoid (seronegative) arthropathies. In the treatment of non-articular rheumatic conditions, Brufen Retard is indicated in the peri-articular conditions such as frozen shoulder (capsulitis), bursitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis and low back pain; Brufen Retard can also be used in soft-tissue injuries such as sprains and strains. Brufen Retard is also indicated for its analgesic effect in the relief of mild to moderate pain such as dysmenorrhoea, dental and post-operative pain and for symptomatic relief of headache including migraine headache.
Mild to moderate hypertension and angina pectoris.
For rheumatoid arthritis; osteoarthritis; low back pain; acute musculo-skeletal disorders and trauma such as periarthritis (especially frozen shoulder), tendinitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, sprains, strains and dislocations; relief of pain in fractures; ankylosing spondylitis; acute gout; control of pain and inflammation in orthopaedic, dental and other minor surgery.
Idiopathic Parkinson's disease, in particular to shorten the 'off' period in patients who have previously been treated with immediate-release levodopa/decarboxylase inhibitors or with just levodopa and who showed motor fluctuations. Experience with Lecado is limited in patients, who have not been previously treated with levodopa.
