New inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) Knowledge Centre
The IBD Knowledge Centre contains information on common presentations of IBD, including explorations of Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis providing healthcare professionals with the opportunity to:
- Develop a better understanding of the prevalence and impact of IBD & ulcerative colitis.
- Understand the underlying inflammatory process that drives UC development and progression.
- Improve their awareness of some of the key inflammatory pathways that are implicated in IBD & UC
The IBD Knowledge Centre provides physicians insights into the inflammatory signalling pathways that represent future therapeutic targets for clinical management of IBD, providing a reference point for deeper understanding about the inflammatory targets and pathways that drive IBD and the novel treatments that will be availabe in the near future.
