3rd International Paediatric Medical Congress starts tomorrow
Tomorrow marks the start of the 2-day meeting, the 3rd International Paediatric Medical Congress, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The meeting offers an opportunity for all healthcare professionals with an interest in paediatrics, including students, researchers, and clinicians, to attend a variety of informative sessions led by experts in their discipline as well as network with peers and discover the latest in research findings.

A report released by the WHO in 2015 revealed that between 1990 and 2015, child mortality had fallen to less than half. Despite global progress, at the time of the report, 16,000 children under the age of 5 still die every day. Most of these deaths, however, are ‘easily preventable by proven and readily available interventions’ – WHO.
