Risk of Haemophilia found with Plavix association

Sanofi has reported 12 cases of acquired Haemophilia in patients taking Plavix or Clopidogrel Zentiva. The company has received reports of eleven cases of acquired Haemophilia A and one of Haemophilia B associated with clopidogrel treatment. Onset of the condition ranged from a few days up to four months after starting treatment, and two cases were life-threatening.
