Pycnogenol (Horpagh Research) improves Menopausal transition

Pycnogenol extract from Horpagh Research Ltd, can ease Menopause and digestive problems according to a recent study. Seventy peri-menopausal randomly assigned women received either placebo or pine bark extract (100mg of Pycnogenol) daily for 8 weeks. The pine bark extract group reported a reduction in symptoms of Menopause including hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, irregular periods,loss of libido and vaginal dryness and a reduction of oxidative stress.
