Caring for Australasians with Renal Impairment (CARI) Guidelines on Prevention of Progression of Kidney Disease:
The Caring for Australasians with Renal Impairment Guidelines are produced by the Council of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology (ANZSN) and the Board of Kidney Health Australia (KHA) and provide detailed guidelines for the prevention of progression of CKD including the use of recombinant human erythropoietins.

Canadian Society of Nephrology Guidelines:
The Canadian Society of Nephrology website provides a variety of treatment guidelines relating to nephrology and the management of anaemia in haemodialysis patients.

UK Renal Association Clinical Practice Guidelines:
The Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee prepares guidelines for the renal community in the UK. The committee comprises the leaders of each of the five modules, chaired by Dr Robert Mactier

Focus on CKD:
The UK Renal Association Clinical Practice Guidelines were updated in 2006. View the Clinical Practice Guidelines 4th edition here – includes modules on detection, monitoring and treatment of CKD and preparation for dialysis (including management of renal anaemia).
