Ventolin Injection: ampoules. Ventolin Infusion: ampoules. Ventolin Respirator Solution: bottle. Ventolin Nebules: preservative- free solution in single dose units. Ventolin Accuhaler: breath- actuated inhaler. |

Ventolin Rotacaps: Salbutamol (as sulphate) in inert carrier 200 microgram , 400 microgram . Ventolin Injection: Salbutamol (as sulphate) 50 and 500 microgram /mL. Ventolin Infusion: Salbutamol (as sulphate) 1 mg /mL. Ventolin Respirator Solution: Salbutamol (as sulphate) 5 mg / mL. Ventolin Nebules: Salbutamol (as sulphate) 2.5 mg /2.5 mL, 5 mg / 2.5 mL. Ventolin Accuhaler: Salbutamol (as sulphate) 200 microgram per puff. |
| Indications : | Ventolin Evohaler, Ventolin Syrup, Ventolin Rotacaps, Ventolin Accuhaler: Management of asthma, bronchospasm, reversible airways obstruction. Ventolin Injection, Ventolin Infusion, Ventolin Respirator Solution, Ventolin Nebules: Severe bronchospasm. |
| Adult Dosage : | Ventolin Syrup: 5 - 20 mL three or four times daily. Ventolin Evohaler: Acute attack, 1 or 2 puffs as necessary. Allergen or exercise-induced asthma, 1 or 2 puffs 10 - 15 minutes before challenge. On demand, maximum 8 puffs in 24 hours. Ventolin Rotacaps: Acute bronchospasm, 200 or 400 microgram as a single dose using Rotahaler. Allergen or exercise-induced asthma, 400 microgram 10 - 15 minutes before challenge. On demand, max. 400 microgram four times daily. Ventolin Injection: 8 microgram/ kg subcutaneously or intramuscularly four hourly, or 4 microgram/kg by slow intravenous injection repeated if necessary. Ventolin Infusion: See data sheet. Ventolin Respirator Solution and to four times daily via nebuliser. Ventolin Accuhaler: 1 puff as necessary, or 10 - 15 minutes before challenge, up to four times daily. |
| Child Dosage : | Ventolin Syrup: Under 2 years, not recommended; 2 - 6 years, 2.5 - 5 mL; 6 - 12 years, 5 mL; over 12 years, 5 - 10 mL. All three or four times daily. Ventolin Evohaler: Acute attack, 1 or 2 puffs as necessary. allergen or exercise-induced asthma, 1 or 2 puffs 10 - 15 minutes before challenge. On demand, maximum 8 puffs in 24 hours. Ventolin Rotacaps: 200 microgram as necessary or before challenge using Rotahaler. On demand, max. 200 microgram four times daily. Ventolin Injection: Not recommended. Ventolin Infusion: Not recommended. Ventolin Respirator Solution and Ventolin Nebules: 2 .5 - 5 mg up to four times daily via nebuliser. Ventolin Accuhaler: 1 puff as necessary, or 10 - 15 minutes before challenge, up to four times daily. |
