| Indications : | As an antidote or rescue after treatment with high doses of methotrexate. |

| Contra Indications : | Should not be used to treat pernicious anaemia or other megaloblastic anaemia where vitamin B is deficient. Should not be given simultaneously with 12 methotrexate. |
| Special Precautions : | Note: High dose methotrexate therapy together with leucovirin rescue should only be carried out under the direction of physicians experienced in antitumour chemotherapy. Pregnancy and lactation. |
