| Indications : | Treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma of epithelial origin in (a) first line therapy, (b) second line therapy after other treatments have failed. Treatment of small cell carcinoma of the lung. |

| Child Dosage : | Insufficient usage in paediatrics to allow dosage recommendations to be made. |
| Contra Indications : | Severe pre-existing renal impairment (creatinine clearance <20mL/minute). Severely myelosuppressed patients. History of several allergic reactions to Paraplatin or other platinum- containing compounds. Lactation. |
| Special Precautions : | Should be administered by individuals experienced in the individuals experienced in the use of antineoplastic therapy. See data sheet. Pregnancy. |
