| Indications : | Narcan: Reversal of opioid depression, including that due to pentazocine and dextropropoxyphene. Diagnosis of acute opioid overdosage. Narcan Neonatal: Neonatal respiratory depression resulting from obstetric analgesia. |
| Adult Dosage : | Narcan: 0.4 - 2 mg by intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous injection every 2 - 3 minutes as required or by intravenous infusion; see data sheet. Post-operatively, 0 .1 - 0.2 mg intravenously repeated as required; see data sheet. |
