| Presentation : | Powder for injection, measles virus (Enders attenuated Edmonston strain) at least 1000 TCID./, mumps virus (Jeryl Lynn strain) at least 20000 TCID./, rubella virus (RA27/3 strain) at least 1000 TCID./ and 0.025 mg neomycin per dose. |
| Indications : | Active immunisation of children and susceptible adults against measles, mumps and rubella. |
| Adult Dosage : | Over 12 months: Total volume of reconstituted vaccine by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. |
| Child Dosage : | Over 12 months: Total volume of reconstituted vaccine by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection. |
| Contra Indications : | Pregnancy or pregnancy within 3 months of vaccination. Impaired immunity, history of anaphylactoid reactions to eggs or neomycin. or neomycin. |
| Special Precautions : | Acute infections, history of febrile convulsions, cerebral injury. |
| Interactions : | Do not give within 1 month of other live vaccines, or within 3 months of blood transfusion or immunoglobulins. |
| Adverse Reactions : | Malaise, rash, fever, nausea, local and allergic reactions, transient arthralgia. |
