| Adult Dosage : | 250 - 500 mg eight hourly, maximum 4 g daily. |
| Child Dosage : | Under 1 month, not recommended; 1 month - 1 year, 62.5 mg; 1 - 5 years, 125 mg; over 5 years, 250 mg. All three times daily; maximum 1 g daily. |
| Special Precautions : | Hypersensitivity to penicillins. Renal impairment. Pregnancy, lactation. |
