| Indications : | Treatment of prostatic carcinoma. May be used as an adjuvant to surgery, in inoperable cases and surgery, in inoperable cases and for the reduction of pain due to metastases. |

| Child Dosage : | Not applicable. |
| Contra Indications : | History of hypersensitivity to Honvan or other synthetic oestrogens. Pregnancy. |
| Special Precautions : | Should only be administered under the direction of a specialist oncology service having facilities for the regular monitoring of clinical biochemical and haematological effects during and after administration. Poor cardiac reserve or fluid retention. Active thrombophlebitis or thromboembolic disorders, cardiac failure, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease. Patients over 70 years. Long term therapy with Honvan. Recent surgery. History of liver disease, diabetes. |
