| Indications : | Neoplasms such as breast, endometrial, prostatic and renal cell carcinoma. |
| Adult Dosage : | Farlutal: See data sheet. Farlutal Tablets: Breast carcinoma, 1 - 1.5 g orally daily. Endometrial, prostatic and renal carcinoma, 100 - 500 mg orally daily. |
| Child Dosage : | Not applicable. |
| Contra Indications : | Pregnancy, lactation. Menorrhagia, thrombophlebitis, thromboembolic disorders, hepatic insufficiency, hypercalcaemia. Suspected or early breast carcinoma. Known hypersensitivity to medroxyprogesterone acetate. |
| Special Precautions : | History of depression, epilepsy, cardiac, renal or hepatic dysfunction, porphyria. |
