| Indications : | Injeksjonsvæske: B-vitaminmangel ved mangelfull absorpsjon fra tarmen. Ved alkoholisme. Tabletter: Ved økt B-vitaminbehov (mangelfull ernæring, graviditet, amming, rekonvalesens og alkoholisme). AFI-B-Total forte: Dessuten til vedlikeholdsbehandling ved pernisiøs anemi. |
| Adult Dosage : | AFI-B-Total: 2-3 tabletter daglig. Ved spesielle behov kan det tas flere tabletter. 1-2 ampuller eller 2-4 ml daglig, i.m. AFI-B-Total forte: Vanligvis 2 ml i.m. etter behov. I spesielle tilfeller inntil 4 ml i.m. 2 ganger i uken. Kan også gis i.v. |

| Interactions : | I terapeutiske doser kan pyridoksin gi nedsatt effekt av levodopa. |
| Adverse Reactions : | Det er liten fare for forgiftning ved høy dosering med AFI-B-Total. Overdosering er ikke rapportert. |
