| Presentation : | Dosis usual: 1 comprimido cada 12 horas. En casos de dolor intenso pueden administrarse 2 comprimidos en la primera toma del día. |
| Indications : | Espasmos de la musculatura lisa: Dolor menstrual, dolores abdominales, espasmos de vías biliares y genitourinarias. |
| Adult Dosage : | Sustancia susceptible de producir un resultado positivo en un control de dopaje. Sólo se acepta su uso en el deporte de competición en las circunstancias que recoge el Anexo de la Resolución 21/3/2000 del Consejo Superior de Deportes. |
| Contra Indications : | Hipersensibilidad a pirazolonas. Agranulocitosis. |
| Special Precautions : | Precaución en pacientes con historial de alteraciones hemáticas y úlcera péptica, glaucoma e hipertrofia prostática. Realizar controles hematológicos durante tratamientos prolongados. |
| Interactions : | Puede potenciar la acción de los anticoagulantes orales. |
| Adverse Reactions : | Efectos anticolinérgicos: Sequedad de boca, estreñimiento, visión borrosa, etc. Reacciones alérgicas cutáneas (excepcionalmente). Alteraciones hematológicas (rara vez): Agranulocitosis, anemia aplásica y trombocitopenia. |
