| Presentation : | Amoram: Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) 250 mg , 500 mg . Amoram Suspension: Amoxycillin (amoxycillin)(as trihydrate) 125 mg , 250 mg per 5 mL. |
| Indications : | A broad spectrum antibiotic for the treatment of commonly- occurring bacterial infections such as: upper respiratory infections; otitis media; acute and chronic bronchitis; chronic bronchial sepsis; lobar and bronchopneumonia; cystitis, urethritis pyelonephritis; bacteriuria in pregnancy; gynaecological infections including puerperal sepsis abortion; gonorrhoea; peritonitis; intra-abdominal sepsis; septicemia; bacterial endocarditis; typhoid and paratyphoid fever; skin and soft tissue infections; osteomyelitis; dental abscess (as an adjunct to surgical management). In children with urinary tract infection the need for investigation should be considered. |

| Child Dosage : | Under 10 years, 125 mg three times daily; over 10 years, same as adult. |
| Special Precautions : | Infectious mononucleosis. |
