| Drug class description : | Immunomodulators. |

| Drug description : | Cream in single use sachets. |
| Presentation : | Cream, imiquimod 5%. |
| Indications : | External genital and perianal warts. |
| Adult Dosage : | Apply three times per week at bedtime for up to 16 weeks. Leave 6 - 10 hours before removing by washing. Do not repeat treatment if warts recur. |
| Child Dosage : | Not recommended. |
| Special Precautions : | Uncircumcised men with warts under foreskin should wash area daily; discontinue if local reactions occur. Avoid open wounds, do not use occlusive dressings. Elderly. Pregnancy, lactation. |
