Developed as a knowledge base and decision support tool, this website provides access for physicians, doctors - including general practitioners, family doctors, and specialists - nurses, student doctors and other healthcare professionals to prescription drug data including labelling, medicine information, treatment guidelines, medical news, clinical trial results, health features and articles.

Users can also change drug database at any time using on screen links. Innovative IP detection also tailors content for markets such as the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Spain and Sweden to local language and national drug labeling.

To search EPG for medical or drug information, enter your search term in the search box located on all screens, or visit the ‘Drugs’ section, which contains an A to Z listing of medicines. The search tool allows you to search for any medical or drug related term, including drug name (brand, generic or scientific), disease or condition. The search results page will display related information from various sources, including the EPG drug database, disease knowledge centres and news stories.
