  Disseminated mammary carcinoma.
• Adult Dosage
  Initially 8 daily increasing to 12 daily if necessary.
• Child Dosage
  Not applicable.
• Contra Indications
  

  Pregnancy, liver dysfunction, history during pregnancy of idiopathic jaundice, severe pruritus or pemphigoid gestationis, undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding, history of thromboembolic disorders, progestogen-dependent breast carcinoma.

• Special Precautions
  

  Diabetes, epilepsy, migraine.

• Adverse Drug Reactions
  Liver or GI disturbances.
