• Indications
  Breast cancer.
• Adult Dosage
  20 mg once daily.
• Child Dosage
  Not applicable.
• Contra Indications
  Pregnancy.
• Interactions
  Warfarin, rifampicin, other inducers of CYP3A4.
• Adverse Drug Reactions
  

  Hot flushes, vaginal bleeding, GI distress, alopecia. Visual disturbances (withdraw). Rarely, endometrial carcinoma; advise patients to report symptoms of abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge.
