  Capsules, altretamine 50mg .
• Description
  Clear capsules.
• Indications
  Advanced ovarian cancer in patients who have failed on other treatments.
• Contra Indications
  Previous hypersensitivity to Hexalen. Pre-existing severe bone marrow depression or severe neurological toxicity. Pregnancy and lactation.
• Special Precautions
  

  Hexalen should only be given under the supervision of a physician experienced in the use of antineoplastic agents. Monitor peripheral blood counts at least monthly, prior to the initiation of each course of Hexalen and as clinically indicated. Regular neurological examinations should be performed regularly.

• Interactions
  MAOIs, TCADs, cimetidine. Pyridoxine.
