  3 - 4 x 40 mg capsules twice daily or 3 - 4 x 80 mg capsules once daily.
• Child Dosage
  Not applicable.
• Special Precautions
  Epilepsy. Exclude malignancy before initiating therapy. Pregnancy.
• Adverse Drug Reactions
  Nausea, headache.
