  Powder for infusion, antihaemophilic factor with nominal activities of 250 i.u. , 500 i.u. , 1,000 i.u.
• Description
  Powder in vials plus WFI and administration set.
• Indications
  Prophylaxis and treatment of haemophilia A.
• Adult Dosage
  Up to 10mL/minute by intravenous infusion according to body weight, severity of haemorrhage and presnce of inhibitors. See data sheet.
• Child Dosage
  Up to 10mL/minute by intravenous infusion according to body weight, severity of haemorrhage and presnce of inhibitors. See data sheet.
• Contra Indications
  Bovine, mouse or hamster protein sensitivity.
• Special Precautions
  Pregnancy, lactation. Monitor for Factor VIII inhibitors and activity regularly.  activity regularly.
• Adverse Drug Reactions
  Hypersensitivity; discontinue. Injection site reactions, chest tightness, dizziness, mild hypotension, nausea. Development of inhibitors.
