  Tablets, benorilate (benorylate) 750mg . Available from Hillcross, Sterwin. Liquid, benorilate (benorylate) 4g per 10mL. Available from Generics UK, Hillcross, Sterwin.
• Description
  Tablets/mixture.
• Indications
  Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, painful musculo- skeletal conditions.
• Adult Dosage
  Tablets, two four times daily.  Tablets, two four times daily. Mixture, 5 - 10mL twice daily.
• Child Dosage
  Not recommended.
• Contra Indications
  Haemophilia, gastric and duodenal mucosal lesions, lactation.
• Special Precautions
  

  History of bronchospasm, aspirin/ anti-inflammatory induced allergies. Renal or hepatic impairment; monitor renal and hepatic function on long term therapy, heart failure, elderly. Dyspepsia. Pregnancy.

• Interactions
  

  Coumarin anticoagulants and hypoglycaemic agents (especially sulphonylureas), certain anti- inflammatory agents, uricosuric agents, methotrexate, spironolactone and corticosteroids. Antacids with enteric coated preparations.

• Adverse Drug Reactions
  Allergic or asthmatic reactions. GI intolerance.
