Round white tablets with Roche 10 imprinted on one face and scored on the other. - Indications
All grades of hypertension, either alone or in combination with other antihypertensives or diuretics..
- Adult Dosage
Mild to moderate hypertension: 10mg once or twice daily; increase by 10mg every three days. Usual dose range, 20 - 60mg daily. Severe
Hypertension: 20mg once or twice daily, increased if necessary depending on response by 10 - 20mg every three or four days provided close check kept on blood pressure. Usual dose range, 40 - 120mg daily. Maximum daily dose, 300mg.

Not recommended. - Contra Indications
Phaeochromocytoma, recent history of myocardial infarction, of myocardial infarction, hypersensitivity to debrisoquine. - Special Precautions
Renal or hepatic insufficiency, coronary or cerebral insufficiency. Elderly. Withdraw slowly. Pregnancy. - Adverse Drug Reactions
Postural hypotension, malaise, nausea, headacche, sweating, oedema, muscle weakness, failure of ejaculation in males, disturbances of micturition and nocturia.
