  CO-DANTHRAMER
• Presentation
  Ailax: Poloxamer '188' 200mg, dantron (danthron) 25mg (co- danthramer) per 5mL. Ailax Forte: Poloxamer '188' 1g, dantron (danthron) 75mg (co- danthramer forte) per 5mL.
• Description
  Ailax: suspension. Ailax Forte: suspension.
• Indications
  Treatment or prophylaxis of analgesic induced constipation in the terminally ill.
• Adult Dosage
  Ailax: 5 - 10 mL at night. Ailax Forte: 5 mL at night.
• Child Dosage
  Ailax: 2.5 - 5 mL at night. Ailax Forte: Not recommended.
• Contra Indications
  Intestinal obstruction, acute painful conditions of abdomen. Infants in nappies. Pregnancy.
• Special Precautions
  Incontinence.
• Adverse Drug Reactions
  Colouring of urine and perianal skin.  skin.
