Respiratory obstruction, acute asthma, severe shock and dystrophia myotonica. Porphyria.
Patients with hypersensitivity reactions to barbiturates. Breastfeeding should be temporarily suspended or breast milk expressed before induction of anaesthesia.

Severe cardiovascular disease, severe respiratory disease, hypertension. Pregnancy. Refer to Summary of Product Characteristics.Interactions
