Indifferente behandeling van schilferende en prurigineuze huidaandoeningen. Bijzonderheden: In koelzalf kunnen worden verwerkt: salicylzuur 5% (acne, keratolyse), hydrocortisonacetaat 1% (eczeem), triamcinolonacetonide 0,1% (eczeem), solutio carbonis detergens 10% (eczeem), zwavel 5% (impetigo, huidinfecties), ureum 5%, 10% (ichthyosis). Omdat de basis geen conserveermiddel, wolvet en wolvetalcoholen bevat, is leniens vooral geschikt voor overgevoelige patienten.
