Indications

Leprosy.

Adult Dosage

According to bodyweight

Special Precautions

Pregnancy. Hepatic or renal impairment. Abdominal pain, diarrhoea. Lactation.

Adverse Reactions

Discolouration of skin, hair, secretions, contact lenses. Dry skin, pruritus, dry eyes. GI upset; reduce or space out dosage. Weight loss, anorexia, headache, tiredness, impaired vision, macular and subepithelial corneal pigmentation, hyperglycaemia, splenic infarction lymphadenopathy.
