Picor, sequedad o sensación de quemazón de la mucosa nasal. Congestión de rebote (aumento de la rinorrea y congestión nasal) con el uso continuado o excesivo. Raramente: Signos de absorción sistémica: Cefalea, temblores, trastornos del sueño, nerviosismo, latidos irregulares.
