Oral. Niños de hasta un año: 1-2 cucharaditas rasas (de las de café), 1-2 veces al día. Niños mayores de 1 años: hasta cuatro cucharaditas, tres veces al día. En estreñimiento la dosis puede administrarse antes de acostarse.
