Symptomatische und behandlungsbedürftige tachykarde supraventrikuläre Herzrhythmusstörungen wie z. B. AV-junktionale Tachykardien, supraventrikuläre Tachykardien bei WPW-Syndrom oder paroxysmales Vorhofflimmern. Schwerwiegend symptomatische tachykarde ventrikuläre Herzrhythmusstörungen und deren Prophylaxe bei nachgewiesener Wirksamkeit.
