Triple antigen adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide, containing diphtheria toxoid not less than 30 i.u., tetanus toxoid not less than 60 i.u., killed B. pertussis not less than 4 i.u. per 0.5 mL. Haemophilus influenzae type b polysaccharide conjugated to tetanus protein equivalent to 10 micrograms of polysaccharide per 0 .5 mL.Indications
Active immunisation against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and invasive diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b.Adult Dosage
Not recommended.Child Dosage
Under 2 months, not recommended; two months to four years, three separate injections each of 0 .5 mL by deep subcutaneous or intramuscular injection at minimum of four-week intervals; over four years, not recommended. over four years, not recommended.Contra Indications
Acute illness. History of convulsions, cerebral irritation or damage in the neonatal period. Severe local or general reaction to a preceding dose. Neurological disease, developmental neurological defect.Special Precautions
